Christmas is a lot of things to a lot of people. For followers of Jesus it is the celebration of the incarnation. “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.” Jesus, God in the flesh, stepped into history to reveal the fullness of God and reconcile us together. The thrill of hope, the joy of the world, the love of God stepped into our story with purpose.
Now, as the body of Christ here on earth, how do we incarnate the hope, joy, love, and purpose we’ve seen to the world around us in our real lives? How do we embody Christmas in the flesh?
